Billing Administrator

Reports to

Operations Manager

Completion of administrative duties using portals, platforms and systems to ensure the smooth running of the Billing process. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the monthly billing of telephony services for our customers, using our own custom developed billing system
  • Process bill run procedures, resolve any billing issues from customers
  • Running of reports to support margin analysis and charging elements including tariffing
  • Provide excellent levels of customer service
  • Build relationships with wider business to ensure accuracy of customer and billing/contract information
  • Supporting and training customers to make the most of our feature rich software
  • Supporting the development team with testing

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Experience within a Customer Services environment or support desk within the tech industry or using technology to serve customers 
  • Experience in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Preferably you will have experience in telecoms and/or IT industry 

Skills Required

  • Aptitude towards learning and desire to learn skills   
  • Good verbal and written business communication skills  
  • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of initiative, and within a collaborative team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy  
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation and willingness to operate flexibly
