We are thrilled to announce Liam Spry’s well-deserved promotion to Service Desk Team Leader!
Liam has been with eve Networks for just over 2 years, joining us as a Support Engineer, with a focus on creating and implementing processes for new features.
With changes in the team and a restructure in how our Service Desk team work, the opportunity came up for Liam to step into his new management role. Liam now looks after the Service Desk team who are focused on supporting our Partners.
I'm really looking forward to building up a team that is 100% focused on supporting our customers. Seeing this team grow and develop is something I find incredibly rewarding and look forward to seeing where we go from here.
