Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking meticulous and organised Billing specialists to work in our Billing team and be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, processing payments, maintaining comprehensive financial records, and overseeing managed billing services. These roles require excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

You will contribute to the managed billing services we provide to our customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency as we understand their billing needs to help customise solutions accordingly.

 

 

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Experience in billing, revenue management, or a related field within the telecom industry
  • Experience managing teams, leading projects, and working cross-functionally within an organisation
  • Deep understanding of the telecom industry’s billing processes, regulations, and technology is preferred. This may come from previous roles in telecom operations, finance, or IT
